Bronze and Silver Awards

Paige Crowell, Elrod, left, was presented with her Bronze and Silver Awards at the 2014 Alabama Angus Association Field Day and Junior Preview Show, June 6-7 in Woodville, AL. Juniors must apply for the awards and then meet point requirements in many areas of participation before receiving them.

L A Limrock 318 won Reserve Grand Champion Bred-and-Owned Bull at the 2014 Alabama Angus Association Field Day and Junior Preview Show, June 6-7 in Woodville, AL. Carly Lindstrom, Huntsville, AL., owns the October 2013 son of S A V Prosperity 9131. He first won Reserve Calf Champion.

 

Grand Champion Bred-and-Owned Female

MCCO 8320 Esteem 237 won Grand Champion Bred-and-Owned Female at the 2014 Alabama Angus Association Field Day and Junior Preview Show, June 6-7 in Woodville, AL. Clayton McGuire, Waverly, AL, owns the November 2012 daughter of S A V Brave 8320. She first claimed Senior Champion.

 

Reserve Grand Champion Bred-and-Owned Female

L A Georgina 323 won Reserve Grand Champion Bred-and-Owned Female at the 2014 Alabama Angus Association Field Day and Junior Preview Show, June 6-7 in Woodville, AL Carly Lindstrom, Huntsville, AL., owns the September 2013 daughter of S A V Brave 8320. She first won Calf Champion.

 

Grand Champion Cow-Calf Pair

C Q S Georgina 051 won Grand Champion Cow-Calf Pair at the 2014 Alabama Angus Association Field Day and Junior Preview Show, June 6-7 in Woodville, AL. Carly Lindstrom, Huntsville, AL, owns the September 2007 daughter of H S A F Bando 1961. A December 2013 bull calf sired by S A V Harvestor 0338 completes the winning pair.

 

Reserve Grand Champion Cow-Calf Pair

Champion Hill Phyllis 7020 won Reserve Grand Champion Cow-Calf Pair at the 2014 Alabama Angus Association Field Day and Junior Preview Show, June 6-7 in Woodville, AL Tiffany Stewart, Killen, AL, owns the January 2009 daughter of S A V Bismarck 5682. An April 2014 heifer calf sired by S A V Harvestor 0338 is at side.

 

Grand Champion Owned Female

Shady Brook Everelda 912 won Grand Champion Owned Female at the 2014 Alabama Angus Association Field Day and Junior Preview Show, June 6-7 in Woodville, AL. Maggie Killen, Lexington, AL, owns the September 2012 daughter of S A V Bismarck 5682. She first won Senior Champion.

 

Reserve Grand Champion Owned Female

Cherry Knoll Erica 1351 won Reserve Grand Champion Owned Female at the 2014 Alabama Angus Association Field Day and Junior Preview Show, June 6-7 in Woodville, AL. Cheyenne Ritter, Lexington, AL, owns the April 2013 daughter of Cherry Knoll Mov'n On 1122. She first won Junior Champion.

WF Chance 03 won Grand Champion Steer at the 2014 Alabama Angus Association Field Day and Junior Preview Show, June 6-7 in Woodville, AlL. Lakin Whatley, Grady, AL, owns the May 2013 son of S A V Brilliance 8077.
